The DogOut's top quality hot dogs and sausages come from specialty gourmet sausage manufacturers located in Chicago and the Western U.S. The restaurant's signature top dog is 100% beef and made to our own proprietary recipe. The Garlic German contains beef, pork and garlic. The low fat Lemon Chicken 's ingredients are all chicken thighs, fresh lemon, onion, garlic, low salt, and pepper. The Bratwurst has spiced pork, beef, veal, and fresh onion. The Kielbasa is made of pork and beef, while the Italian has pork, fennel, paprika and cayenne. If you like spicy, try the Hot Link that has four kinds of pepper added to coarsely ground beef sausages. Ingredients for our low fat Chicken Apple include chicken, apple, and onion while our Santa Fe Turkey sausage derives its spicy taste from turkey, roasted green pepper, and chilies chipotle. A Veggie Dog containing soy and spices is also offered on the menu. All of our meat sausages have natural casings that hold juices and provide the "snap" when you bite into them. Combine our gourmet hot dog with a fresh sesame seed bun made especially for The DogOut and top with mustard of your choice. Add French fries or potato salad, and cabbage coleslaw and you have a well-balanced meal. |
